1. Appointments and Cancellations

- Scheduling: Appointments can be booked by phone at (787) 632-6685 or in person at our salon located at 1353 Avenida San Alfonso, San Juan, 00921.

- Cancellations: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to cancel within this time may result in a cancellation fee.

- Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients. Full charges will still apply.

2. Payments and Refunds

- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit, and debit cards for all services and products.

- Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.

- Refunds: Services are non-refundable. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us to discuss adjustments or resolutions. Product refunds are subject to inspection and approval within 14 days of purchase.

3. Gift Cards and Promotions

- Gift Cards: Gift cards are available for purchase and are redeemable only at Únicas Salón & Spa. They cannot be exchanged for cash and expire one year from the date of purchase.

- Promotions: Discounts or promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Únicas Salón & Spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without notice.

4. Client Conduct

To maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment, we kindly ask all clients to adhere to the following guidelines:

- Respectful Behavior: Please be respectful of staff and other clients. Inappropriate behavior, language, or actions may result in refusal of service.

- Children and Pets: Children are welcome under the supervision of an adult. For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed unless they are service animals.

5. Personal Items

We advise you to keep your belongings secure while at the salon. Únicas Salón & Spa is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

6. Health and Safety

- Client Responsibility: Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or health concerns before receiving services. Únicas Salón & Spa will not be liable for adverse reactions if we were not informed in advance.

- Sanitization Practices: Our salon adheres to strict sanitization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
